THE OPPORTUNITY: Family Nurse Practitioner – Family Medicine Practice Support

THE LOCATION: Albany, Oregon

Ready for a change?  We are actively recruiting a family nurse practitioner to support a busy Family Medicine team in Albany, Oregon. This clinic has an established onboarding program and proudly supports over nineteen advanced clinical practitioners in ten specialties.

THE DETAILS

• Full-time; 40 hours per week, includes 34 patient contact hours
• Provide urgent, same-day, or next-day access
• Conduct hospital and emergency room follow-up visits
• Partner with on-call physician to manage tasks, patient inquires
• Ensure continuity of care during transitions (retirements, medical leave, vacations, etc.)

Qualifications

• AANP or ANCC certified family or adult geriatric nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician assistant
• Experience working in a busy primary care clinic is desired
• New FNPs are considered but 2 years of experience preferred
• Comfortable, confident caring for complex and co-morbid patients
• Ability to work independently, and as a collaborative team player
