THE OPPORTUNITY: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Internal Medicine

THE LOCATION: Corvallis, Oregon

Ready for a change? We have an excellent, full time opportunity available for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. Our privately owned multi-specialty group is located in Oregon’s Mid-Willamette Valley and we have two openings for advanced clinical practitioners to join our Internal Medicine team.

THE DETAILS

-Full-time; 40 hours per week, includes 24 patient contact hours

-Provide urgent, same-day, or next-day access

-Provide interim co-management of chronic illnesses (titrating medications, interval routine follow-up care)

-Conduct CMS Annual Wellness Visits as needed

-Ensure continuity of care during transitions (retirements, medical leave, vacations, etc.)

THE QUALIFICATIONS

-AANP or ANCC certified family or adult/geriatric nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician assistant

-At least two years of experience working in a primary care clinic

-Comfortable, confident caring for complex and co-morbid patients

-Ability to work independently, and as a collaborative team player
