THE LOCATION: Pine Bluff, Arkansas

Ready for a change?  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Pediatrician to join our team in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, about 30 minutes from Little Rock.  The staff is very friendly and team oriented to work with and the focus is on the highest level of quality patient care.  There is plenty of room for professional growth and advancement and a healthy work/life balance is encouraged.

THE DETAILS:

• Patient caseload: approximately 20-25 patients per day
• Call schedule:  1:4 – covering only one facility
• Beds in the Unit: 22 Newborn beds, 8 NICU beds, 6 Inpatient Peds beds
• Allscripts EMR
• Academic affiliation
• Base Salary with Bonus Potential (Based off of MGMA)
• Sign-On Bonus
• Loan Repayment
• PTO/CME
• Relocation Assistance

QUALIFICATIONS

• All physicians must be board certified/board eligible
• Physicians out of residency are welcome
• Accepting J1 and H1B candidates for this position

The hospital is located 40 miles south of Little Rock, Arkansas’ state capital
