THE OPPORTUNITY: Remote Supervising Psychiatrist
THE LOCATION: Illinois/Remote
Ready for a change? We have an excellent, part time opportunity available for a psychiatrist that is licensed in Illinois. In this position, you will provide remote supervision of psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners and you will serve as their collaborating physician where required. Our guiding principle is to provide high quality services that are streamlined and responsive to patient and customer needs, as well as clinical outcomes for patients that meet objective, industry standard measures.
THE DETAILS

- Provide clinical oversight and feedback for employed PMHNPs through asynchronous and synchronous communication
- Consult with the clinical leadership team on chart audits and clinical outcomes when necessary
- Serve as the collaborating physician for PMHNPs where required
- Perform period chart reviews, virtual meetings, and/or clinical data reviews with supervised PMHNPs when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS

- Board Certified psychiatrist in good professional standing
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Illinois
- Ability to provide up to six (6) hours of weekday availability per month
- Maintain all appropriate licensing and certifications to prescribe medications under applicable state, county and/or federal laws, including active DEA certification
- At least 3 years of clinical psychiatric practice experience
