Ready for a change?  We have an excellent, full time opportunity available for a newly graduated NP or PA in Santa Rosa, California.  This thriving Federally Qualified Health Center is located in the heart of the Wine Country, an hour north of San Francisco.   You will be performing the duties of a primary care provider with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention through patient education.   The focus is on providing the highest level of quality patient care and a healthy work/life balance is promoted.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program

• State of California FNP or PA license (or eligible)
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Comfortable with use of Electronic Medical Records
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong organizational skills 
• Ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
